Jacaranda Pairs 

While the finals of the Women's and Seniors' Teams were being fought out, the Sydney Bridge Centre's Johnno Newman hosted the Jacaranda Matchpoint Pairs.  14 tables played. 

 

Competitors were invited to come in their finest purple wear, and most found some purple in their wardrobe.

There were two prizes for the Best Purple.  They went to Clare Ainsworth and Liz Jacka.

          

Two sessions of matchpointed bridge produced the following winners:

Open Section:

The winners were Carolyn Greenwich and Rhonda Langly;  second were Martin Clear and Phil Halloran
