 • How to Enter

1. Have a look at the 2015 Brochure for information about the event, accommodation and fees.
2. Each player needs to provide the information in the Player Information/Entry Form to enter.
3. Those players under-18 but over-16 staying on-site overnight are also required to submit a parental consent form. Those players under-16 can only stay overnight on site if accompanied by a chaperone staying on-site overnight also (normally a parent). Those under 18 staying off-site will need a parental consent form to cover their time at the venue whilst playing.

 • Costs

We have secured a value package deal at the venue. Included are all bridge activities, dinner each night from Saturday 10th January to Thursday 15th January, and 6 nights accommodation for the nights 10th to 15th January, the BBQ on Friday 16th January. Participants can also stay for a shorter period if playing in only some of the week's events. Note the reduced student rate: a further reduction is available for under-16s, and accompanying non-participant adults pay $480 for the week, please email for details.

Payment needs to be made before the event by bank transfer. Please check the brochure for details.
