Neat strip squeeze (Match 1, Bd 18)

You overbid to 3NT/W and get a club lead.

When the second club goes 9-10-Q-5, North works out to switch to a heart.

You probably need spades to be 3-3.  Given that, the correct and winning line is to cash two hearts, play a diamond to the king, then run the spades.
On the last spade, South has to come down to 10 & A-10.

Exiting with dummy's last heart turns dummy's Q into the 9th trick.
